In early 2017, the Town of Pittsboro had outgrown their existing facility and needed a larger training facility. In addition, the Trustees of Middle Township needed permanent office space to meet the growing needs of their community. HP Legacy was selected to construct this new facility accommodating both of these needs. The result, a new, state of the art office and training facility built on time and under budget.
