In it’s first construction project for the City of Indianapolis, HP Legacy was chosen to perform enhancements to Indy’s Park Ranger Headquarters. The Park Ranger Headquarters, which serves one of the largest urban parks in the world, has been housed in a former fire station for many years. Thru time, the building has experienced the detrimental effects of water intrusion through window wells, basement walls and recessed stairwells. HP Legacy began making the necessary improvements to eliminate the water intrusion and to improve the drainage features around the building in the spring of 2018 and completed these enhancements in the summer of 2018. Cost savings thru the course of construction resulted in delivering the project below the cities budget even with the addition of a new concrete driveway and entrance.
