Up next for our #2020InReview spotlight is the Lappin 180 office build out.
Lappin 180 is a “high-performance sales consulting firm working to disrupt conventional sales norms and affect change.” With their mission being to “challenge outdated and misguided sales-centric methodologies with a combination of sales detox, peak mindset and conversational performance, and training in the psychology of decision making.”
Located in the Midtown 3 office building at Midtown Plaza Carmel, the Lappin 180 office was a design build/build to suit project, working hand in hand with CSO Inc., Deem and Gaylor Electric to tailor Lappin’s new space. HP started the project in late February 2020 and completed the project on March 31, 2020 enabling the tenant to seamlessly transition their business operations to their new location. Through the dedication and persistence of HP Legacy’s construction manager, A.J. Taylor, our team was able to complete the project despite the extremely short schedule and delays caused by the pandemic.
